I am creating a new meditation series called “I Breathe“. The project is a 28 day, guided meditation series that is designed to find, focus and strengthen the breath.
Countless studies have shown and are are continually showing multitude of benefits from a meditation practise. It calms the mind, soothes the body, teaches focus and commitment. It has also been shown to lesson the affects of depression, attention deficit disorder and high blood pressure to name a few.
The greatest impact it has had on my life, is when I recognized that I am not my thoughts. I am not the chatter or voice that talks inside my head. I am the one who is witnessing the chatter. That changed everything for me and continually does.
